Psychiatrist - El Dorado PHF - $10k Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, onsite position)
(On-call responsibility one weekend per month Friday 5pm-Monday 8am)
*$10k Sign On Bonus for employees*
Compensation -
Expected starting employee wage range - $322,561 - $403,202/ annually + $10k Sign On Bonus (For employees only)
Independent Contractor wage range - $202 - $252 /hourly
Overview
- 16 bed inpatient facility, average of 13-16 patients seen per day
- Average patient stay is 10-11 days
- Work collaboratively with a seasoned team
- Direct care, treatment team, occasional hearings (1-2 per month)

Expected starting employee wage range $193,537 - $241,921/ annually + $10k Sign-On Bonus
