Description
Victory Clinic is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist (with interest OR experience TMS/ECT) to lead our growing Wichita, KS, clinic. We provide advanced interventional psychiatry treatments, including TMS and SPRAVATO®, in a compassionate and patient-centered setting. This is a leadership-track outpatient role with no call, no weekends, and no major holidays, ideal for a psychiatrist seeking meaningful work and a healthy work-life balance. Training in TMS and SPRAVATO® is provided.The Position:
• Guide treatment planning and oversee TMS and SPRAVATO® services (full training provided)
• 100% outpatient role - no call, no nights, no weekends
• Participate in clinical oversight, team training, and protocol development
• Strong team culture and full admin support
Compensation:
• Competitive base salary + Medical Director stipend
