- Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage
- 16 - 18 patient encounters per day
- Inpatient psychiatry unit
- Call response time required within 15 minutes
- Approximately 5 admissions per shift
- Average 15 phone consultations per shift
- Both morning and evening rounding required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
