Your Role

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise up to three midlevel providers (NPs/PAs) and provide clinical guidance
Provide medical oversight for TMS and Spravato treatments alongside trained staff
Collaborate with in-house therapists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure patient-centered care
Qualifications

Requirements

MD or DO with active Texas Medical License
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Experience supervising NPs/PAs preferred, not required
Familiarity with TMS or Spravato is a plus (training provided)
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
