The County has three vehicles for helping you prepare for your re-tirement: a defined benefit plan, a defined contribution plan and a deferred compensation plan.

- Vacation leave starting at 13 days/year
- Up to 26 days/year with 12 or more years of employment
- Annual leave carryover of a maximum of 280 hours
- 13 days of sick leave/year with unlimited accumulation
- 12 paid holidays/year
- Prorated leave for part-time employees
