Company History
Dr. Michael Brad Bayless, a clinical and forensic psychologist, founded Bayless Integrated Healthcare in 1982 as a groundbreaking model for mental healthcare delivery utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach.
After having accompanied his father to work since the age of 9, and working alongside him as Chief Financial Officer from 2008-2010, Justin Bayless became the second-generation owner and has transformed the company into a integrated healthcare provider that treats the mind and body as equally important.
Dr. Bayless passed away peacefully in 2015. The first member of his family to earn an advanced degree, Dr. Bayless leaves behind a legacy not only through the company, but also in the memories of humor and genuine care for everyone he met. Dr. Bayless will always be remembered for his mission to provide help for those who would not have received much-needed care otherwise.
