Company History
Built in 1988, Heritage Oaks Hospital has long been highly regarded as an integral part of the greater Sacramento and northern California mental health system. Conveniently located in northern Sacramento, Heritage Oaks is a fully accredited, acute psychiatric hospital offering a full range of individually-tailored behavioral health and co-occurring treatment services. In 1998, the hospital became a teaching facility, in partnership with U. C. Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. In 2009, Heritage Oaks expanded from 76 beds to 125 beds to better serve our community's needs. In 2010 and then again in 2015, outpatient services expanded to provide services to teens and adults in the communities of Roseville and West Sacramento. New service developments include the building of a Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF), currently underway, which will serve Medi-Cal recipients.
