Company History
Outpatient mental health treatment has been available since 1934 in Dutchess County. Originally a function of Hudson River State Hospital, the outpatient treatment venue was subsequently managed for many years by the county itself. In 1999 five outpatient mental health clinics were transferred to St. Francis Hospital, and in 2003 management of the clinics moved to Family Services. The clinics were incorporated as Hudson Valley Mental Health, Inc. in 2006.
