Insight Physicians has been serving the central Virginia area for more than 35 years. Insight works with four health systems to provide inpatient psychiatric services and two outpatient locations. The practice uses a team approach of physicians and mid-level providers to meet the needs of more than 5,000 patients each month.

Company History
Insight physicians is a practice that was formed by physicians for physicians more than 35 years ago. The practice works with individual physicians to create a practice within the practice. We provide all of the support to make the physician successful including admin, billing, EHR, e-prescribe, assistants, reception and management.

Compensation
• Varies based on responsibilities- $285,000 - $325,000 base compensation
• Sign on and relocation bonuses
• Productivity bonus up to 50% of base compensation
• Five weeks of vacation
