Maine Behavioral Healthcare is the new name for a new organization with a long history of caring for the people of Maine. Made up of the groups that formed Maine Mental Health Partners (Community Counseling Center, Counseling Services, Inc., Spring Harbor Hospital, Spring Harbor Community Services and Mid-Coast Mental Health Center), Maine Behavioral Healthcare brought together these long-time, respected organizations as one unified organization on April 3, 2014.

While our name has changed, our relationships with clients and patients remain the same. By creating a fully integrated, seamless system of behavioral healthcare for people living in southern, western and central Maine, Maine Behavioral Healthcare offers access to more services. And we’re working on making the process of working with us simple, clear and non-repetitive. In a few short years, patients and clients will be able to access a full range of healthcare, including medical services for physical problems.
