Care at Spectrum Healthcare is different.
We have designed our systems to better care for your systems – both mind and body. Our integrated care program (pediatrics through geriatrics) offers you the opportunity to have primary care and behavioral health services joined together and working for you! We offer a full-spectrum of services designed to meet your needs. Our team prioritizes care and communication, putting you at the center.
There is no denying the connectivity between mind and body – they greatly influence and impact each other. In 2009, Spectrum Healthcare began providing integrated care by bringing primary care into our traditionally behavioral health Setting. Starting with a panel of 99 Primary Care clients, Spectrum Healthcare began a journey of best-practice in treating the whole person. This journey led to a restructuring of roles, job-descriptions, culture, and care-delivery.
Company History
Spectrum Healthcare has been serving the needs of the Verde Valley Community since 1965. Our non-profit organization began as the Verde Valley Guidance Clinic, an organization dedicated to bringing much needed behavioral care services to the area. And, as the years passed and our community grew, so did we. We listened to our patients and our neighbors and added programs and services to address the growing needs of the community, services to help improve the lives of those in the Verde Valley.
In 2009, we took our belief that healthcare should encompass the whole body and added Primary Care to our list of services. We are proud to be one of the first healthcare organizations in Arizona to offer Integrated Care; a multifaceted approach to your healthcare needs, all under one roof.

National Health Service Corps. Recognized in 2016 as a Center of Excellence in Integrated Care by HealthChoice Integrated Care.
Benefits
At Spectrum Healthcare, we offer our employees a generous benefit package including PTO, paid medical and dental, basic life, long term disability, AD&D. In addition, employees can add vision, dependent coverage, voluntary life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity. Our 401k plan includes a company contribution that starts after 1 year of service. The company contribution is 3% of salary after the first year, 5% after the second year, and increases 1% every other year after that to a max of 10%.
We pay for your license renewal and we pay for one week of CME's (5 days) each calendar year (in addition to the generous time off we offer)
We are a National Health Service Corps site.
Our facilities are state of the art and are located in the beautiful Verde Valley about 20 minutes from Sedona (named as one of the most beautiful places in the world). A rural setting, yet only 90 minutes from Phoenix. Life is good!
