Who We Are
We are a Professional Employer Organization, (PEO). We have built a team of very experienced professionals to be part of a business owner’s toolkit so they have the time to focus on what they love, their business. While we work with many business owners, our talent acquisition department focuses on working with professional candidates in the search for the next step in their career.
Company History
Founded in 1994 by a group of ambitious business owners, XcelHR has always focused on helping small business owners grow and become more profitable. After facing numerous challenges in the operations of their five businesses (now 44 and counting), they realized the need to outsource their human resources solutions; and that is how XcelHR was born!
