Description

We're a physician-owned, integrative mental health clinic looking for an adult psychiatrist (MD/DO) who wants a sustainable, lower-acuity outpatient practice — and a real say in a growing interventional program. This is outpatient only. No call, no nights, no weekends. Roughly 32 hours/week (0.8 FTE) blending medication management with in-clinic interventional days (Spravato, ketamine infusions — and TMS as we launch it).

What you'd do:

-Psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adult outpatients (in-person or via telehealth)
-Direct in-person patient care for our interventional treatments (Spravato/esketamine, ketamine, neurofeedback, future TMS)
-Collaborate with and support our therapy team 

The offer:

-$200,000–$240,000 at 0.8 FTE, based on experience

-3 weeks PTO, accruing from day one

Requirements

-MD/DO, psychiatry residency complete; board-certified or board-eligible 
-Active Illinois license + DEA
-Interest in interventional and integrative, whole-person psychiatry
-Passion for psychedelic medicine
-A collaborative, patient-centered style
