• Adult and geriatric outpatient setting -- heavy geriatric population
• Team of therapists conduct competency evals prior to provider visits
• 1 in 4 call rotation -- phone-based med management, 7 pm - 8 am
• 30-minute appointments
• Option to obtain permanent position
